Payment

At Mediasave we accept all major credit/debit cards through our secure payment processing partner Paypal, you do not need to have a Paypal account, just click the 'Checkout with Paypal' button and choose the 'Pay by Debit or Credit Card' option. We will also accept cheques, postal orders and BACS. Please note that we are unable to send an order out until we have received cleared payment.

At no time do we have access to any of your personal account details.

 

Delivery

We are able to offer you free economy delivery on everything (within the UK only) and use Royal Mail, Hermes, Fedex, UPS & DHL to deliver our items which is dependent on the size and weight of the order. Most orders will be dispatched on the day of purchase, see below:

Royal Mail 1st class, 2nd class and Airmail items are normally posted the same day if purchased before 3pm Mon-Fri.

Courier Items are normally posted the same day if purchased before 10:30am Mon-Fri.

Returns

We hope you'll always be happy with your Mediasave purchase, but should you wish to return your item please send written notification within 14 working days and return the item in a re-saleable condition within 14 working days. (We recommend that you use Recorded or Special Delivery postage for this.) Refunds cannot be given for the cost of posting returns. Full refunds of both product, delivery and return postage will be given where an item is deemed faulty upon receipt.
